INTEGRATION
We can increase your business’s productivity and efficiency through the seamless transfer of data between your software systems.
HOW INTEGRATION TRANSFORMS BUSINESS
Do you have more than one piece of software in your business?
Wish you could get them to work together seamlessly to share data and specific functionality?
Well, we can help you get exactly that!
Whether it’s help implementing third-party integration software, all the way to customised software that’s capable of being a single point of access for all your applications, we have you covered.
Unleash the power of integration to boost the productivity and efficiency of your business!
NATIVE INTEGRATION
Native refers to pre-made integration tools that are directly associated with the software in question and the developers who made it. If native works for you, we can assist with a trouble free implementation.
iPaaS
iPaaS stands for integration Platforms as a Service. Which loosely translates to third party, cloud-based integration software. We can help your business to implement iPaaS and boost productivity and performance.
CUSTOM INTEGRATION
Sometimes iPaaS and Native just aren’t the right fit. That’s where customer integration comes in. Customisation allows us to connect pieces of software together, seamlessly and harmoniously to share data, create functionality and improve processes. Whether it’s a multiple apps running collectively together, or a single point of reference that draws it’s data from several sources, custom integration is an exceptionally powerful tool!
OUR APPROACH
01
GATHER THE INFO
We gather all the essentials, from the current system structure, all the way to the expectations of the end-users.
We then research the current systems malleability, along with any existing integration tools that may be available, as well as any limitations and potential road-blocks.
We then present this information to our clients and discuss the most reasonable approach that will give us the best outcome possible.

02
PLAN IT OUT
We take everything we’ve learnt from stage one and we begin to structure out the project.
As we define the project goals and objectives, we continue to analyse the information to ensure we remain on track to get the outcome we’re after.
Sometimes it may be necessary to create an initial ‘proof of concept’. This helps to ensure that we can deliver exactly what we have promised to our clients. Although this will depend on the complexity of the project.

03
DEVELOP & DEPLOY THE INTEGRATION SYSTEM
Using the plan as our blueprint, we’ll begin programming the solution. This is where we work through both the wins and pit falls associated with the project.
We continually checking in with our clients throughout this stage of the build, to ensure that they remain an integral part of the process.
Information exchange is a crucial part of this step, so we never go it alone!

04
TEST THE NEW SYSTEM
Once again, we incite the programmer’s creed “Test”, “Test” and “Test” again! No matter how much care and due diligence a programmer has, bugs will inevitably be found in the new system at some point. We prefer to keep a close eye on the initial implementation stage, as this is the most likely time for those creepy crawlies to show themselves.
Once the application or software is deployed, we check-in periodically to ensure that all end-users are happy with the result, and that the software does exactly what it was designed to do
